You may checkout using PayPal either through credit/debit card or a PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay using your credit/debit card.

You may also pay through online transfer via BPI, Gcash or Maya. For online transfers, details will be provided upon checkout. For online transfers via QR codes, click here.

Once email is received, please wait for confirmation within 24-48 hours.

*You order will be reserved immediately- valid for 48 hours. Please fulfill payment within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after you receive your order, provided that items/s are returned in premium condition, unworn and with original tags and packaging. Shipping expenses are non-refundable and are shouldered by the customer.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny merchandise that does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.

All Jeanjaquet pieces should be hand washed or machine washed under hand wash or delicate setting with like colored clothing and line dried. We discourage using machine dryers to avoid accidental shrinking. Items can be steamed, ironed or dry cleaned unless otherwise specified.

Our earrings are made of components sourced in the Philippines. For our hardware, we use a variety of high quality gold-plated, stainless steel and alloy hardware. We design with pearls, shell, resin, fabric, ceramic, stone, glass, acrylic, wicker and wood. We try our best to source new and one-of-a-kind components to keep our designs fresh and original. Due to the handmade nature of our earrings, lengths and sizes may vary but very minimal. Please refer to individual product descriptions for more details.

Here are some essential care instructions to ensure that your jewelry remains as stunning as the day you first laid eyes on it.

• Keep jewelry away from long exposures to direct sunlight, heat & sweat. Avoid moisture or harsh chemicals & corrosives (perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, oil, salt water, etc.) to avoid discoloration.

• Take extra care of earrings made of resin, acrylic, shell & ceramic to avoid cracks or breakage. For fragile pieces, avoid applying pressure or dropping from high places.

• Wipe well with a jewelry cloth or a clean dry cloth after every use to remove any contact with corrosives & preserve plating.

• Store in a dry, airtight container, preferably with silica gel. Do not keep jewelry in bathroom.

*90% of our hardware is made out of pure stainless steel & plated in 14k & 18k gold, select few pieces are brass gold-plated. The natural color of stainless steel is silver- plating it in gold is vibrant, beautiful & long-lasting with the proper care. Our gold plating is of international premium quality but just like any jewelry not made of pure gold, it’s not fully resistant to tarnishing & fading when exposed to corrosives. Please follow the care instructions above to make sure you get the best out of your pieces!
